Analysis of Soil
Exploration of sub soil using Rotary Drilling with mud circulation where the hard stratum availability is greater than 5m. Standard Penetration Test (SPT) will be conducted on every 1.5 m or change of stratum. Undisturbed soil samples (UDS) and Disturbed soil samples may be collected for further analysis and report prepared based on it. Recommendations of foundations will be given based on the report.
Standard Penetration Test will be conducted on trial / test pits where hard stratum is available at shallow depths which are less than 4 m. Undisturbed soil samples (UDS) and Disturbed soil samples may be collected for further analysis and report prepared based on it. Recommendations of foundations will be given based on the report.
Analysis, Design and Erection of Pile foundations for all types of Civil Engineering Structures like Residential, Commercial, Industrial buildings and Compound Walls.
CBR Test conducted for Design of all types of Pavements (Highways). It will be used for design of sub grade and selection of sub grade materials.
Compaction Test under light and heavy energies to determine the Optimum Moisture Content (OMC) and Maximum Dry Density (MDD) for the soil samples. It is used for filling of basements, highways for its better quality of compaction.
Consolidation test is used to determine the rate and magnitude of soil consolidation when the soil is restrained laterally and loaded axially. The Consolidation test is also referred to as Standard Oedometer test or One-dimensional compression test. This test is carried out on saturated soil specimens, especially in cohesive soils.
In-situ density tests (core cutter & sand replacement method) conducted to determine the density at site. Degree of compaction can be computed based on the field density test and laboratory compaction tests.
Plate Load Test, Pile Load Test, Pile Integrity Test, Electrical Resistivity Test, Static Cone Penetration Test, Dynamic Cone Penetration Test, Non-Destructive Tests on Concrete (Rebound Hammer & Ultra Sonic Pulse Velocity Test)
Grain Size Analysis of Soil samples, Consistency Limits, Specific Gravity, Permeability Tests, Shear Strength Test, Unconfined Compressive Strength Test, Vane Shear Test (Field & Laboratory), Triaxial Shear Test
